According to the severity of the violation, the platform will take measures including but not limited to issuing warning notices, restricting the ability to be searched, restricting the sharing of Mini Program content, suspending Mini Program transactions and removing Mini Programs.

# 1.3 Shipping specification

# 1.3.1 Delivery behavior management

After the user pays successfully, the merchant needs to deliver the goods according to the agreed delivery time, if there is no special agreement, ordinary goods need to be shipped within 48 hours, and pre-sale goods need to be shipped within the pre-sale commitment cycle.

Actual delivery time: the time recorded by the platform when the merchant successfully uploaded the real and effective logistics single number and product information on the background order management page.

The agreed delivery time: the shortest time limit set by the merchant and displayed shall prevail, such as the display information of the product title and the product details page. For pre-sale goods, the agreed maximum delivery period shall not exceed 150 days.

# 1.3.2 Violation handling situation

1.3.2.1 Delivery timeout: refers to the merchant does not deliver within the agreed delivery time limit and does not upload a real and effective logistics single number in the platform.

Processing rules: once found, the platform will issue a warning notice, if not rectified for three consecutive days, will trigger the payment risk warning, until the suspension of Mini Program trading.

1.3.2.3 False delivery: In the process of delivery, the merchant uploads abnormal logistics single number, the corresponding logistics information is obviously abnormal or does not truly issue deliverable goods.

Handling rules: Once found, the platform will take measures including but not limited to issuing warning notices, delaying the automatic receipt and settlement cycle, delaying the confirmation of the receipt and settlement cycle and suspending the Mini Program transactions according to the severity of the violation.

# 1.3.3 Special circumstances

If the goods cannot be delivered due to the following objective reasons, it will not be included in the relevant violations.

1.3.3.1 Due to special circumstances of force majeure such as epidemic situation and natural disasters, it is impossible to ship the goods at the agreed time.

1.3.3.2 Verified by the platform, the delivery address or consignee information filled in by the user is invalid or inaccurate, resulting in the inability to ship at the agreed time.

1.3.3.3 If the goods themselves or the information are suspected of violating laws and regulations, in order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, the platform requires the merchant to immediately stop shipping.

# 1.4 Transaction Dispute Resolution

When the platform handles transaction disputes, the refund or compensation determined as a result of commercial liability will be deducted by the platform from the merchant's pending settlement.

# 1.5 Fund settlement

# 1.5.1 Settlement cycle

1.5.1.1 After the merchant ships, the order funds enter the settlement cycle.
